Set email to NOT go to SPAM or Junk folder

If using the Gmail app

Open the Spam folder

right click on the message with the address you don't want to go to Spam folder

select Not Spam

If using Outlook

Go to Junk Email

right click on the message with the address you don't want to go to junk folder

Click Junk

Click Never Block Sender

Then right click on the email

Then click -> Move -> Inbox ( you may have to go to Other folders then Inbox)
